Product Series | Polyurethane In-Mould-Coatings

The BOMEX Polyurethane In-Mould-Coatings, representing a world leading brand, are used for coloring, decoration and surface protection of polyurethane parts. These products perfectly integrate paint with the polyurethane materials using the most advanced in-mould painting and injection moulding techniques. In this way, they help to effectively prevent the foam materials from yellowing and improve their surface abrasion resistance, thus enhancing the surface adhesion of paints and avoiding the defects caused by the foaming process. Meanwhile, this series can also be applied to reproduce the mould patterns and make the finished products look more vivid. The in-mould spraying techniques outperform the traditional techniques in that no over-spraying, poor adhesion or complex post-processing are involved any more, leading to improved product quality, shortened production process, increased efficiency and reduced costs.

This series can be custom produced (Tailor-made) to satisfy clients’ specific requirements for UV protection, rub resistance, alcohol resistance, and color effects.
